Anna May M. Allensworth

Anna May M. Allensworth passed away on January 20,2026, at the age of 81.  She was born on June 17, 1944, in Philadelphia.  Anna May was preceded in death by her father James Allensworth and beloved mother Anna May (nee Kelley) Gilman, and step father Sam Gilman.  Anna May held a special place in her heart for her friends and neighbors, Judy Gerstle, and Judy's three children- Tyler, Abigail, and Ryan- who were truly like family to her. She was also warmly embraced by the entire Gerstle family, all of whom considered her one of their own.  Anna May will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends are invited on Saturday January 31st, to her Viewing from 9:00 am to 10:15 am, Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. at Our Lady of Consolation Church, 7051 Tulip St. Phila. PA 19135.  Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
