Areata Planakis

Areata Planakis passed away April 26, 2022. She was the devoted wife of Stavros, the devoted mother of Barbara Patsalos (Constantine), George Piptas (Naomi), Maria Planakis, and Georgia Matoulas, cherished grandmother of Alexandrea, Dimos, Paraskevi, Demitra, Marisa, Carlos Arieta, Nicholas, and Layla. she leaves behind her loving sisters Marcella Hagosky and Joannie Ioakimidis (Lazaros).

Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, May 3rd from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and funeral Service at 12:00 noon, at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 7921 Old York Rd., Elkins Park, PA 19027. Interment to follow at Lawnview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Areata's memory to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
