Brooke Ann Schmidheiser

Brooke Ann Schmidheiser, age 37, left this world too soon on April 7, 2021.

She will be sorely missed by her loving parents Mark and Bernadette, as well as her brother Mark. Brooke also leaves behind her fiance` Anthony Kuropatwa, and her vibrant daughter Gabriella Victoria, whom she passionately advocated for. She will also be missed dearly by her extended family, her friends, and her work family at Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital. 

Brooke was known for her light-hearted personality, for her infectious laugh, and for brightening any room she entered. Brooke's legacy will carry on and continue to shine through her daughter, Gabriella. We will hold the memories close to our hearts and she will never be forgotten. 

Visitation from 6:00 to 9:00 pm  on April 20, 2021 at Joseph A Sannutti Funeral Home, 7101 Torresdale Ave., Phila., PA 19135

Visitation from 9:00 to 11:00am on April 21, 2021 also at the Funeral Home. Prayer Services will be held at 11:00 am.

Covid safety precautions will be implemented.

In lieu of flowers, Brooke's family is asking for donations to be made to the Center for Autism Research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Checks should be made payable to the CHOP Foundation at:
