Clare P. "Pat" (Packer) Guilmartin

Clare P. (Pat) Guilmartin (nee Packer), age 79, passed away December 1, 2022 after a
brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late William A. Guilmartin, devoted mother
and best friend to her daughter Rita (Michael). Cherished “Grammy Pat” to Timothy
(Kristin), Kevin, Tiffany, Nicholas and Victoria and great-grandmother to Liam, Logan
and Connor. Predeceased by her parents, Ezra J and Clare C. Packer and her siblings,
Ezra, Daniel and Judith.

Relatives and friends are invited to her service and Interment on Friday, January 13,
2023, 11 am at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, Pa. Please
arrive by 10:30 am.
