Loving mother of Anthony Jr. “Tony” (Kathy) and Gregory (Patricia) Falcone,
Adoring “Nana” of Dan (Lauren), Christina (Steve), Amanda (Nick), Lisa (Anthony), David (Jessica), Kaitlyn, and Tanley and Great Grandmom of 10

Relatives and friends are invited to Anne’s Viewing and Funeral Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at: Maternity BVM Catholic Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19115, where guests may call from 9:30 til 10:45 AM, Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, Interment at Saint Dominic Cemetery.
