It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret A. Kovach (Harris) on September 28, 2025, at the age of 79.

Margaret was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life revolved around the love of family. She found joy in caring for her children and grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them. Known for her warm heart and generous spirit, she especially loved gathering everyone together for meals and outings, making even the simplest dinner out feel like a celebration.

Margaret also had a special fondness for turtles, collecting keepsakes and enjoying the quiet beauty they represent. Her family will forever smile when they see a turtle, remembering her gentle nature and steady strength.

She is survived by her brother Andy Harris, her beloved daughters Melissa Rocco (Steven) and Melanie Stewart, and her son Michael Stewart. She was the cherished grandmother of John Ferris (Kate), Keri Sammartino (John), Riley Ferris (Kerri), Leland Stewart, Katelyn Stewart, Vené Stewart, Emma Sierra, and Corrine Rocco, and the proud great-grandmother of Justin, Johnny, Johnny, Jolie, Jayde, Lucas, and Ethan.

Her love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to family will remain an inspiration to all who knew her.

Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
